ABSTRACT |
In order to determine simultaneous!;. anionslC'l. NO-,", SOf ) and calions(Na . Nil; . K . Mg , Ca ) in rain waters, ion chromatographic!I(') method wilh conductimetrie detection using a poI>acrvlate-based weakly acidic cation-exchange resin columnffosoh ISKgel OA-I'AK-A) and a weak-acid eluenl are employed Based on ion-eclusion and eation-echange meehanisin. both anions and cations were separated simultaneous!).
In particular, it was optimized the concentration of the crown elher to achieve the best separation of cations. When using a smM tartaric aeid'Om.VI crown ciher-7.5"u niethanol-wntcr as an eluenl. a good separation and detection of anions and cations is obtained within about 50 min. flic proposed method was successful l applied to the simultaneous determination of the common anions and cations in rain waters.
